Baithusi Electrical & Construction is a proudly South African business based in Rustenburg, North West, providing expert electrical and solar solutions for homes, businesses, and communities.
Founded by Vincent Motsheganong, the company began with a passion for problem-solving and a mission to make high-quality electrical services accessible, ethical, and impactful.

Our Story
Baithusi Electrical & Construction was officially registered in 2023 as Baithusi Solutions (Pty) Ltd, following several years of hands-on experience since 2019.
Vincent’s journey began while studying Electrical Infrastructure and Construction at a TVET College – where he discovered his passion for restoring functionality, reducing waste, and empowering others through technical skill.
Today, Baithusi is more than a service provider – it’s a platform for opportunity.
By mentoring young artisans and championing entrepreneurship, Vincent is building a company that lights more than homes, it lights pathways for the next generation.
